Payment Information

Revenue payments are sent around the 25th of the month. When the 25th falls on a holiday or weekend, payments are sent on the previous business day.


Owner Relations

ConocoPhillips Company provides secure, online access to payment information via the Owner Relations website. The site features 24-hour access to:

  • Check detail
  • Address change form
  • EFT – Electronic Funds Transfer form (Direct Deposit form)
  • Simple revenue tracking and report
  • Answers to frequently asked questions
  • A completely paper-free alternative

Registration for these services is simple. If you have never logged into Oildex before, your User ID is your ConocoPhillips owner number (shown at the top of your statement), your temporary password is the last six digits of your tax ID or social security number associated with your owner number. After using the temporary password, you will be asked for an e-mail address and to create your new password. In addition to viewing and printing your check detail, you will be able to e-mail yourself a file that you can use in a spreadsheet application. We believe this cost-free service will become an indispensable tool in the management of your oil and gas interests.

Form 1099 Information

IRS Form 1099-MISC Information Reminder: ConocoPhillips Company’s IRS Form 1099-MISC is mailed out to only reportable owners by February 1 of each year. IRS Form 1099-MISC are not required to be furnished to foreign, nonprofit, incorporated and Royalty owners with annual payment under $10.

Change of Address

It is essential for ConocoPhillips to have your current address on file. If you are changing your address, please print and complete this form and forward to the address indicated below at least 4 weeks before the change. Because address changes cannot be accepted by phone, we request that you mail or fax the authorized request. We also recommend you place a forwarding order with your post office in case your request does not reach us in time. If a check is returned to us because of incorrect address, we will suspend all payments until a correct address is determined.

Late, Lost or Stolen Checks
